Before You Submit
Most state oath records are held by the Secretary of State's office or Division of Elections. Submit a public records request (Florida: dos.fl.gov/elections). Most states charge a small fee for certified copies.
PDF (preferred), JPG, or PNG. Maximum 10MB. The full certificate page including the certifying official's signature and seal must be visible. Multi-page oaths must include all pages.
All submissions are reviewed by site administrators. Submissions are tagged Pending Review on receipt, then either Verified or Unverified upon review.
Research the Official First
Use the 44 Writ Recipients as the template. Before submitting a certified oath, take 20–30 minutes to document the official's commercial footprint. This transforms a single oath record into a complete accountability profile. The Form 6 financial disclosure is mandatory — upload it alongside the certified oath.
Look up the official's court or agency as a commercial entity. Courts and government offices are registered in Dun & Bradstreet's global registry.

The Individual Subscriber Listing Number is assigned by Martindale-Hubbell to every attorney and judge in the United States. It connects the person to their commercial legal identity.
How: Go to martindale.com → search the official's name → note the ISLN from their profile page URL or listed identifier.
Every licensed attorney and judge has a state Bar number. This confirms their licensure status, discipline history, and the commercial entity they are licensed under.
How (Florida): Go to floridabar.org/find-mbr → search by name → record the Bar Number, date admitted, and status. Other states: search "[state] bar attorney directory."
Florida public officials must file Form 6 annually, disclosing investments, income sources, and net worth. This is where you confirm whether the judge holds investments in BNY Mellon, PIMCO, BlackRock, or other CRIS-connected institutions.
How to obtain: Go to ethics.state.fl.us/PublicDisclosure/Search.aspx → search by last name → Agency: 18th Judicial Circuit (for circuit/county judges) → download the most recent Form 6 PDF.
This document must be uploaded alongside the certified oath submission. Submissions without a Form 6 will be tagged Pending until one is provided.

Submission received and in the review queue. Administrators have not yet confirmed authenticity or oath classification.
Document could not be confirmed as a certified copy, or lacks required certification marks. Submitter notified with guidance on obtaining proper certification.
